Terms & Conditions

All booking requests submitted via our website or by phone are subject to availability and confirmation by Hotel North Resort.

A reservation is only confirmed once you have received a written confirmation from us by email.

We reserve the right to decline any booking request without obligation to provide a reason.

Standard check-in time is 15:00 (3:00 PM). Standard check-out time is 11:00 (11:00 AM).

Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability, and may incur an additional charge.

Valid identification (passport or national ID) is required at check-in for all guests.

Payment is due at check-out unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We accept cash (USD, SRD) and major credit/debit cards. Please confirm accepted payment methods when booking.

Room rates are quoted in US Dollars (USD) and include breakfast unless otherwise stated.

Cancellations must be communicated to us at least 48 hours before the scheduled arrival date.

Cancellations received less than 48 hours before arrival or no-shows may be charged the equivalent of one night's stay.

In case of early departure, the hotel reserves the right to charge for the full booked period.

Guests are responsible for any damage caused to hotel property during their stay. Costs of repair or replacement will be charged accordingly.

Guests must comply with hotel rules, respect other guests, and follow instructions from hotel staff.

Smoking is prohibited in all rooms and indoor areas of the hotel. Designated outdoor areas are available.

Pets are not permitted on the premises unless prior written approval has been obtained.

Use of hotel facilities (pool, gym, sauna) is at the guest's own risk. Hotel North Resort accepts no liability for injuries sustained during use of these facilities.

Pool access hours are 9:00 to 21:00 daily. Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult.

Hotel North Resort is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings. Guests are advised to use the in-room safe for valuables.

The hotel is not responsible for service interruptions caused by circumstances beyond our control, including power outages, natural events, or third-party service failures.

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Suriname. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paramaribo, Suriname.

Hotel North Resort reserves the right to update these terms at any time. The current version is always available on this page. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
